Complimentary consultations offered by Robinson Insurance Agency are provided at no charge. Since no fee is collected for these consultations, no refund is applicable.

Insurance premiums and fees are generally governed by the terms and conditions of the insurance carrier providing the policy. Any refund of premiums, cancellations, or policy adjustments will be subject to the applicable insurance carrier's rules, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations.

If you wish to cancel a policy, please contact us directly so we can assist you with the carrier's cancellation process.

Business Funding Services

Approval for business funding is determined by third-party lenders or financial institutions. Robinson Insurance Agency does not guarantee funding approval and is not responsible for lender decisions.

Any fees charged by third-party lenders, funding providers, or related service providers are subject to their individual refund and cancellation policies.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at any time by contacting our office or using the appointment scheduling system, if available.

There is no charge for cancelling a complimentary consultation appointment.

Fees for Future Services
